You pay per seat
A flat base for each active inspector each month. Add or remove seats as your roster changes — billing follows the team, not a contract. Firm seats cost the same as Solo, so a second inspector is never a penalty for not working alone.
A full month of reports is included
Every plan ships with a report quota sized to real full-time volume, so a typical month is covered by your base. On the Firm plan the quota is pooled — a busy stretch for one inspector draws from the whole team's pool.
Overage is per finalized report
Past the quota you pay a flat per-report rate — a single-digit fraction of the $300–600 you bill the client. Drafts and regenerations are always free; you're billed once, only when a report is signed and hash-locked.

What counts as a billable report?
A report is billed once, when it's finalized and hash-locked. Generating drafts, regenerating, and editing before finalize are all free. Each property/inspection is one report regardless of how many samples or photos it contains.
What's a seat?
An active inspector or reviewer with login access in a given month. You can reassign or remove seats anytime; we prorate changes to the next invoice.
Annual vs monthly?
Annual billing is the per-seat price shown on the Annual toggle, charged yearly — roughly two months free versus paying month to month. Overage reports are billed at the same rate either way.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Start free, run a real inspection through the S520 engine, and generate a report before you add a card. No quota expires during the trial.
Can I change plans later?
Anytime, in both directions. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle. Your audit trail and finalized reports are never affected by a plan change.
